We want you to be happy with your Freeport Flats purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds or exchanges are issued at our discretion once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs on returns may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email info@freeportflats.com before sending anything back so we can help you with next steps.
